Refund Policy for Image3D AI

1. General Policy

Due to the significant computational costs associated with AI 3D model generation, all purchases made on Image3D AI (at aiImageTo3d.com) are final and generally non-refundable.

When you use our Service to generate a 3D model, we incur irreversible costs from our third-party AI providers (such as Hunyuan 3D). Because the service is rendered instantly and the costs are immediate, we cannot offer refunds for services that have been successfully delivered.

2. Subscription Plans

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription plan at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused time on an active plan, or if you forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.

3. "Pay-as-you-go" / Credit Packs

Any purchased "credits" or "generation packs" are non-refundable. Credits do not expire but cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. When a Refund May Be Considered (Exceptions)

We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis in the following limited situations:

  • Major Technical Failure: If you paid for a service (e.g., a subscription or credit pack) but were completely unable to access or use the Service due to a verifiable technical fault originating from our system (e.g., our site was down for an extended period after your payment).
  • Billing Errors: In the event of a verified accidental duplicate charge from our payment processor (Creem Payment).

5. What is NOT Eligible for a Refund

We will not provide refunds for the following:

  • Dissatisfaction with the Output: You are not satisfied with the quality, accuracy, details, or artifacts of the generated 3D model (STL, OBJ, GLB). AI generation is an experimental technology, and we do not guarantee perfect, error-free, or aesthetically pleasing results.
  • Failure to Save Files: You failed to download your generated 3D models before they were deleted per our 24-hour data deletion policy. We are not responsible for lost or deleted files.
  • Unused Service: You purchased a subscription or credits but did not use the Service.
  • Forgetting to Cancel: You forgot to cancel your subscription before the automatic renewal date.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under our "Exceptions" policy, you must contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

Please email support@aiImageTo3d.com with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The transaction ID or receipt.
  • A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund, including any evidence of technical failure.

Our team will review your request and respond.
