This is our core privacy commitment to you.

24-Hour Deletion Policy: We do not store your User Content (Input) or your generated Output (3D Models) long-term. Both your uploaded images and the 3D models we generate for you are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 24 hours after the generation is complete.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for saving and backing up your generated Output (3D Models) to your own storage immediately after generation. We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs because you did not save your files.

Account Information: We will retain your Account Information (e.g., your email address) for as long as your account is active. You can request the deletion of your account at any time.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Third-Party AI Providers:

To generate your 3D models, we must send your User Content (Input) to our third-party AI partners, such as Tencent (for Hunyuan 3D). These providers are contractually obligated to use the data only to perform the service and to delete it after processing.

Payment Processors:

We share payment information with our payment processors to handle transactions.

Legal Compliance:

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
